About Me

I am glad you stopped by, I would offer you a glass of wine if  I could!!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I just turned 40, I am a wife of a very sweet southern gent who finally swept me off my feet. It took him awhile, well to be honest it took us awhile to find our way back to one another, but we are here and loving our life… ok well maybe that’s a bit too much, we are having a good time although being a newlywed and having to learn eachother quirks has been interesting. We have 4 children between us, well children may be the wrong word, young adults(16-22yr old). We also have 4 furkids which act like children!!!

I have decided to jump back into the blogging world. I had put writing on hold for awhile because of certain bullies from my past, aka Mr.Crazy(2nd husband, which was my biggest mistake) and my  first husband (my kids father). Although the comments were deleted I was tired of being stalked and monitored by Mr.Crazy and my first husband……it’s like they had nothing better to do then to  try and find my blog and then READ all my posts……one word “Pathetic”.

This blog is about the goings on in my life…..one may (the exes) say it’s “one sided”, but I believe it not to be……I will throw myself under the bus and admit that I screwed up if need be. Again, this is my blog and I will write how i see it. I do hope you come back and visit!!!

  2. Thanks for following my blog, Jolene! I’m making a point of checking out all the blogs of those who follow me, getting to know them and dropping by say hello, basically =D Although I didn’t drop off the Internet for awhile because of some crazy person who won’t leave me alone, I too am trying to get back into blogging and just staying connected.

  3. Thanks for the follow. I like your ‘about’ page. I’m currently getting a divorce – my husband, the toad, dropped it on me Thanksgiving morning of this year. (on a cell phone while he was in another state after 27 years of marriage.) I’ve been in bad shape ever since so it’s good to read that you found someone wonderful. What Southern state do you live in? My daughter thinks I should head south and find a southern gentleman. 😉 I love Tennessee and the Carolinas and Georgia, too.
Anyway. Thanks again. I hope to see you around!

    • Hi Lisa,
I live in Arkansas and I just love it!!! my husband and I were just in Missouri and let me just say it was breathtaking, well some places were. I agree with your daughter, there’s just something about the ways of a real Southern Gent, they have manners and boy do they look good in Wranglers….hahaha…..
      thanks for stopping by!!

  4. I linked on to you after you ‘followed’ and I did the usual. Nosey around in the ‘About me’ section. I nearly spilled my rather large glass of red. I thought to myself, ‘Like her style. Offering me a glass and she doesn’t even know me.’ So, glass in hand I’m having a little browse. Cheers!x

  5. I can’t help but notice that I am remarkably absent from 99% of the entries in this blog,. I suppose that’s a good thing? lol. It was a rough couple of years for us, but apparently not as rough as your time with others! -MM

  7. Thanks for finding and liking my Paws for Thought post. Sorry if Pierre’s introduction of my made you think, “My gosh that blogger is neurotic!” I had to take the Daily Post “perspective” challenge…just couldn’t help myself. 🙂

Glad you found me because you have a great blog here! Now following.
    Nice to “meet” you!
